After a year long fight with cancer, I am sad to say Keith Elam better known as Rap Legend Guru has passed away. Talk about a mouth dropper, I have been fact checking all night to find out if its true.According to DJ Premier's blog, the rap pioneer passed away April 19Th. Along with DJ Premiere, Guru was a member of the super rapper/producer duo Gangstarr.
Needless to say, Hip Hop has truly lost a legend.
I'm just bobbing my head with the hip hop sway, rocking back and forth, thinking, "thank you Guru for your infinite contribution to the lifestyle, movement and genre!"
