E-40 @ 4th & B

Almost all of San Diego's rap community came out to 4th And B for a chance to perform an opening set before the legendary Bay Area ambassador/west coast rapper E-40 hit the stage.

The event stayed open until 4:ooam which meant obviously the headliner would not go on until way later in the night.

The good thing about E-40 going on later was that the party kept going after the California 2Am club deadline. So all the people that were ready to party after hours definitely got a treat.

DJ Birdy Bird and DJ Ironic took turns warming the crowd up between the performances and special guests Above The Law And Kokane did a special set for the late night crowd.

Waka Flocka Flame @ Kress Hollywood

Being sick or even in the hospital can put a damper on all your plans. Although I am not 100 percent, I have a never say die attitude even if the doctor says I should rest.

I have to send a special thank you to those people that stuck with me by checking on me, the calls and other special messages because that love keeps me going.

Anyway, Waka Flocka Flame had one of his only California performances at Kress in Hollywood and of course your boy I.S.H. had front row to the exclusive event. There were some guests in the building including adult films starts Nat Turner, Pinky and Lexi Cruz.

In The Studio with E-40 & Tommy Redding...

In order to be successful, you have to put in hard work, hard work, hard work, some more hard work, have good timing, preparation, and oh did I mention hard work. Oh yeah, that's just the first part. After all of the hard work, preparation and timing, you still have to have the opportunity!

Most of the time if you work hard enough, you will get the opportunity and that's where the preparation comes in. Of course you want to be prepared for your opportunity and the opportunity is now for Tommy Redding, Ivan S. Harris Photography and Ridiculous Entertainment.

This site is dedicated to erasing the "hype" and uncovering truth as well as the documentation of an artist with a dream trying to make it to the top.

Honestly, I've seen the first level of the mountain top and now I can truthfully say working with E-40 means there is no turning back.

For me as a photographer, shooting studio time with a pioneer rap artist such as E-40 is the epitome of what it means to be a lifestyle photographer.

For Tommy Redding as an R&B recording artist from California, working with A PIONEER California artist, means the beginning of the realization of a dream coming true.

I like the fact that two up and coming "artists" are working hard towards a goal all while working together focusing on the end result which is success!

Be on the look out, because the determination, drive and persistence won't stop. I learned from Diddy 10 years ago to not stop, so ISH can't stop and won't stop, un uh! ha!

Hu$$le Is His Last Name...

I love being a photographer because it takes me all over the place and I experience so MANY different walks of life all while documenting the memories professionally.

From shooting Beyonce at Stingaree, to Ice Cube at 4th&B, and of course Nipsey Hu$$le at Decos. Whoa, Who is Nipsey Hu$$le you ask? If you don't know who Nipsey Hu$$le is, I'm sure you will soon enough.

The West Coast was alive and well Saturday night for sure because when Nipsey Hu$$le stopped by Decos Night club to woo the crowd with a live performance he brought the heart of the west coast sound in his microphone.

To give you a little bit more insight, Snoop Dogg has already vouched for Nipsey's west coast ties and Mr. Hu$$le is currently featured on a song with Drake called Killer so you know anything Drake touches is bound to blow.

Chris Jones Birthday Party

Ridiculous Entertainment CEO and my friend/business partner, Chris Jones, celebrated his birthday in style this past weekend featuring live performances by recording artists Tommy Redding and Rio, along with a host of others. I know right now you may not know who some of these names are, but with time I'm positive that you will.

Chris Jones is the co-founder of SSD, and also the founder of the Ridiculous Entertainment Record label, so you will be hearing more about these up and coming artists on this site from time to time.

Flaunt Fridays w/ Svedka Bar

Flaunt Friday returns with a special hosted Svedka Vodka bar and photobooth for the evening. VIP's that RSVP'd for the event had a chance to take some sample shots of Svedka Vodka and then take some photos in the Svedka Photo Booth. All in all, it was a trade off of "Shots for a shot" to top off the fun-filled night.

Chopper Style in the city

Surprise, surprise! San Diego, got a last minute surprise from former Da Band member, Chopper. Thanks to Chris Jones of Ridiculous Entertainment, my access was granted backstage to his impromptu performance.

What's funny is I hadn't heard anything about him still working but apparently, Chopper a.k.a. Young City has been touring with a new group, the M.O.E. Boys, since the split of Da Band.

I guess Chopper was the only group member actually listening to Diddy when he said "we can't stop, won't stop".

Either way, Chopper was my favorite member of the group so it's good to see him still grinding.
